DIY Serena & Lily Chargers

I made a reel over on Instagram showing my latest project, but I figured that I should share it here too in case Instagram isn't your thing.

This project is really simple! All you need are the following supplies:

• White chargers (I spray painted some old ones with a gloss white)
• Mod Podge
• Foam paint brushes
• Paper Napkins - I used these

These bunnies are from Target but are not available online yet. 

I used these Serena & Lily Priano Guest Napkins for both of these projects. The napkins are beautiful and I wanted to find a way to use them other than just napkins.

TIP:

Make sure you remove the TWO white layers from the S&L napkins. 

Process:

1. Trim solid blue border off of napkins.
2. Make sure you removed not one, but two solid white layers of the napkin.
3. Apply a thin layer of Mod Podge to your charger
4. Add napkin by carefully draping over the charger. Smooth out wrinkles with your fingers. 
5. Trim off excess edges and save them for the next step.
6. Apply napkin to edges that aren’t covered, smooth napkin over the edge and onto the back and secure with Mod Podge. 
7. Allow to dry. 
8. Add another layer or two of Mod Podge to protect the surface.
